Our Story
The idea for The Cozy Corner didn’t begin as a coffee & drink house; it began as a desire to bring the young adult crowd of Liberal and the surrounding areas together.
When we first moved to Liberal, we found making friends an extremely difficult task. We didn’t want our peers to face the same struggle, so we started brainstorming ways to make relationship building easier.
Our peers seemed to like talking, hanging out, and specialty drinks, so what better way to bring them together than a coffee & drink house?
Our Mission

atmosphere in which to gather and connect.
What does that look like? Hopefully by creating a space for you that feels nice and cozy! Our goal is to get you to come in, enjoy a quality beverage, and stick around.
Historical Foundations
The Cozy Corner resides in one of Liberal’s oldest downtown buildings. Built as The Central State Bank, the building has since housed barbers, a salon, an antique shop, and more.
We’re in the process of creating a living record of all that our building has seen since its construction. If you have photos, remember something that you did here as a child, or know anything else about its history, please reach out to us!
